  • Conducted research to create a list of competitors in the LatAm region for a travel company project in Argentina and Brazil.

  • Generated leads for the sales team by creating pitch decks and relevant documentation for global client acquisition.

  • Created two new personas for the client, and developed a content plan that aligned with the new campaigns for these audiences.

  • Wrote copy for online, offline, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Managed a team of 3 people, including a Project Manager, Content Manager, and Business Developer.

Beauty company - US & CA - Content Management

  • Developed a content migration plan for a website with over 7k pages.

  • Created a standard for three types of pages to be automated by script.

  • Wrote documentation for the ins-and-outs of each page type.

  • Managed a team of 4 people to manually fix the integrations in the script.

  • The team included mostly Content Managers, but also a UX Writer and one Business Analyst.

  • The team fixed integrations on about 5k pages.

Food company - BR - Content Strategy and Content Design

  • Created templates for 8 page types and developed documentation around the system's possibilities

  • Developed a content delivery plan to meet the client's deadline for Valentine's Day 2022

  • Used available tools to develop a low-fidelity prototype for client approval of expected pages
